New role for McCluskey with bespoke air charter company

Specialist aircraft charter broking company Hunt & Palmer PLC have this month opened a new office in the USA and appointed industry veteran Paul McCluskey to the key role of Vice President Commercial Aviation.

This British firm, who were established in London in 1986, have recently refocused attention on the North American market and see the new office in Daytona FL as the next major development of its global network, which to date includes business units across the UK, Europe, Asia and Oceania.

Making the announcement today, Hunt & Palmer’s Director of Commercial Aviation Simon Edwards commented, “We are delighted to have Paul on-board. His experience of the US market and sterling reputation within the industry will prove to be a real asset as we seek to expand our operations in North America. This market has huge potential for us and we believe that the exceptionally high standards of service and expertise that we offer to our clients will be welcomed by both the corporate and private air traveller in the USA.”

Hunt & Palmer’s new Daytona office will handle the charter of commercial airliners however the Company are also established experts for the hire of executive jets and private aircraft for smaller groups and individual passengers. They also have a dedicated and extremely busy air freight charter division for those customers needing to send cargo both within the States and overseas. “Whatever you need an aircraft for, we can pretty much find one to suit your requirements,” claims McCluskey, “and we can’t wait to get that message out to the American market.”

Paul McCluskey has a life long career in aviation, starting with British airline Dan-Air in 1989. He moved to the USA in 1997 and since then has set-up operations in the Country for several big names in the air charter industry. He is a founder member of ACANA, the Air Charter Association of North America, and was previously president of Site Florida & Caribbean, part of the Site Global network.
