Business Administration Executive Daytona Beach Fl

As part of our ongoing development in North America, Hunt & Palmer is seeking to recruit a Business Administration Executive to join our aircraft broking team at our office in Daytona Beach.

The Business Administration Executive provides an important support function to the daily operation of the business unit. Working alongside both the Company’s VPs and assigned Sales Managers, you will ensure that the office processes run correctly and that every aspect of the client’s requirement is properly met.

Reporting to the VP, you will undertake a variety of general office and administration duties, including the raising of contracts, invoicing and credit control for flights contracted by the company, arranging product enhancements and liaising with both the client and the aircraft operator on a number of matters relating to the flight programmes.

You will also undertake an amount of sales support work in association with the VPs and Sales Managers and this will include assisting in the search for suitable aircraft to fulfil a client requirement, making calls to clients and prospective clients to arrange sales visits and inviting them to trade shows, updating of our client and supplier database and providing other assistance and required. You will on occasion be expected to provide cover in the office during the VP’s absence and must therefore be able to demonstrate self-reliance, initiative and reliability.
