Recently a client chartering a jet to fly guests from Biggin Hill had ordered some expensive gifts for them from an overseas supplier. Though the gifts were due to be in the UK in plenty of time, delays meant they only arrived at Heathrow’s cargo terminal the evening before the charter. It looked like they would not clear customs in time. As soon as Hunt & Palmer became aware of the problem, we spoke to our contacts and at two o’clock in the morning on the day of the charter, managed to fast track the gifts through customs, personally delivering them to Biggin Hill airport with just hours to spare.
