Outstanding Service Award
Last week BI WORLDWIDE – one of the world’s largest Conference, Incentive and Event Management companies – held their 30th annual “Partner in Success Awards” ceremony at which Hunt & Palmer’s Flight Services Manager, Richard Hurrell, received the “BI WORLDWIDE Partners in Success 2016 – Outstanding Service Award.”
After being presented with his award by BI WORLDWIDE’s Operations Director, Shaun Casey, a delighted Richard Hurrell said, “I was certainly not expecting this when I arrived here this evening and I am absolutely thrilled to receive such an accolade from BI WORLDWIDE. It really means a great deal to have one’s efforts recognised in this manner.”
Commenting on the award, Hunt & Palmer’s Director of Commercial Aviation Simon Edwards said, “We are all immensely proud of Richard’s achievement which is no mean feat in the face of stiff global competition. In today’s highly demanding Events and Meetings industry, we have to provide our clients with the highest standards of service in everything we do, a goal Richard and his team achieve by going that extra mile time after time.”
The BI WORLDWIDE Partner in Success Awards 2016 evening, which included a cocktails reception and dinner, was held at the Aston Martin works in Newport Pagnell. This prestigious home of the ultimate British sports car was the perfect backdrop for the occasion and to underline the 30th anniversary of this event, the company that hand builds these motoring icons surprised the BI WORLDWIDE management by displaying a 30 year old vintage Aston Martin from their collection.
A modest Richard Hurrell said, “Our customers quite rightly expect that the service they receive from us will be exceptional, even in the most challenging circumstances and that is what we set out to achieve. On this occasion I find myself in the limelight but it is only right to mention that there is a team of equally professional and experienced people within the Hunt & Palmer group, all of whose dedication and hard work keeps us at the forefront of the aircraft charter business and sees clients returning to us time and again.”
